The working principle of the CASS Cum Salt Spray Chamber is based on to combine a solution of demineralised water and sodium chloride (NaCl) into a closed chamber where the specimen is placed forming a corrosive environment around the chamber to measure the corrosion resistance of the sample. The machine carries 4 major parts 1) inner chamber, 2) reservoir tank, 3) air saturator 4) electrical panel chamber.
All these parts are extremely crucial for the functioning of the machinery properly as the inside chamber is important for positioning the sample, the reservoir tank carries the water and the air saturator supplies the humified air into the chamber resulting in fog concentration within the inner chamber and the electrical chamber covers overall functioning.
